Welcome to Ruth Brown & Co Ltd, I am Ruth, and Jennifer is the brilliance that is encapsulated by ‘& Co’!

Being a tiny team is our superpower. It means every piece of work we carry out is as important to us as it is to you. No getting lost in the back of a drawer, no getting forgotten about or passed from person to person. 

Jennifer and I are here to guide you through what can be complicated and/or emotional processes.

Through working with solicitors to carry out private work, working directly with members of the public, and working with estate agents to support clients, there is very little we haven’t dealt with in our years of experience.

As two chartered surveyors, with years of expertise working across the Scottish Highlands and Islands, you can feel secure that we have the training and knowledge to support you.

And we will endeavour to do that with a lot of friendliness and a little bit of fun along the way!
